 | Wheat grass is liquid sunshine Wheat grass is a powerhouse of nutrients and vitamins for the human body. In the form of fresh juice, it has high concentrations of chlorophyll, active enzymes, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients. A shot glass of wheat grass juice is equivalent in food-vitamin value to 2 1/2 lbs of leafy green vegetables.
